PureMix II is a mixture of di-basic organic acids: Sebacic Acid, Undecanedioic Acid & Dodecanedioic Acid. PureMix and PureMix II are two blends of long chain dibasic acids (C10-C13) used as a corrosion inhibitor in metalworking fluids and cooling fluids when neutralized with ethanol amines. Both products are over 97% long chain dibasic acids. PureMix has very good corrosion resistance when soft water is used to dilute. PureMix II provides nearly the same corrosion resistance and better hard water stability.
