EPoil WH417LV is a low viscosity, light-colored, active, sulphurised extreme pressure additive produced from vegetable derived, lubricity enhancing, fatty acid esters. It is chlorine and heavy metal free.
The high film strength and lubricity characteristics, combined with active sulfur content of EPoil WH417LV make it ideal for use as an EP additive in metalworking fluids for ferrous materials. It can also be used with yellow metals when combined with a corrosion inhibitor such as EPoil C130
Typical treatment rates:
Deep drawing / drilling / broaching: 10 – 20%
Heavy duty cutting fluids: 5 – 15%
Honing / grinding fluids: 5 – 10%
