EPoil WH115 is an inactive, medium viscosity, sulphurised extreme pressure additive manufactured from vegetable oil fatty acids and methyl esters.
It is Ideal for use as an EP additive in neat metalworking fluids, greases, slideways, bearings, gears, cutting oils and more. Moderate to low active sulphur enhances load carrying capabilities but with yellow metal compatibility
Blending info:
Cutting oil (ferrous and non ferrous metals): ~ 5 – 10%
Metal working lubricant, e.g. cold forging / drawing: ~ 20%
