
It’s official. Corn Products International isn’t just about corn anymore, and the company even has a new name to prove it — Ingredion. The name change, spurred by the acquisition of National Starch in 2010, was approved by shareholders and will be used in the United States by early June.
The company is a leading global ingredients solutions provider, specializing in nature-based sweeteners, starches and nutritional ingredients. As an authorized distributor, Monson in partnership with Ingredion, serves into the food, beverage, brewing and pharmaceuticals sectors, as well as, other industries.
